At Rangavalli, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and we aim to make the process as simple as possible. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the item is dispatched, whichever comes first.
- To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately via:

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and initiate a full refund.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may choose to refuse delivery of the package; however, please note that a return shipping fee and any applicable charges may be deducted from your refund.
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. For cancellations after dispatch (and returned to us undelivered), refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the item.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation requests should also be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Frequent cancellations or refusals of COD orders may lead to suspension of COD facility for that customer.
The following items are non-cancellable:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Orders already delivered
We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following scenarios:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Incorrect pricing or technical error
- Payment issues or verification failure
- Suspected fraudulent transaction
In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued (if applicable).
